​Due to the unique and delicate nature of original artwork, all international sales are final. * We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason once the item has been shipped.

​■ Customs Duties and Taxes

​The "Tax included" label on our shop refers strictly to Japanese consumption tax. * Import duties, VAT, and local taxes are NOT included in the item price.

​These charges are the buyer's sole responsibility and must be paid upon delivery.

​■ Failed Delivery & Return Fees

​If a package is returned to us due to buyer's absence, incorrect address, or refusal to pay customs duties, the following costs will be deducted from your refund:

​Original shipping cost (even if "Free Shipping" was applied).

​Actual return shipping fees charged by the carrier (FedEx, etc.).

​A 20% Administrative & Restocking Fee (for handling and packaging materials).

​■ Package Abandonment

​If the return shipping cost exceeds the value of the artwork, the package will be abandoned by the carrier. In this case, no refund will be issued.
