Prices: All prices are shown including tax (Japanese consumption tax).

Shipping: We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders.

Important Note on Taxes & Duties:

Depending on your country or region, you may be charged import duties, VAT, or local sales taxes upon delivery.

​Please note that these additional charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

​Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped once payment has been completed.

Shipping Policy & Final Sale Terms

Please read the following terms carefully. By placing an order, you agree to these conditions.


​1. Final Sale (No Returns)

​Due to the unique and delicate nature of original artwork, all international sales are final. We do not accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason once the item has been shipped.

​2. Damaged Items

​In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery. You must provide clear photos of both the damaged item and the original packaging (including the shipping label). Failure to report within this timeframe may void any insurance claims or assistance.

​3. Customs Duties and Taxes

​All prices include Japanese consumption tax, but import duties and local taxes are not included and remain the buyer's responsibility. These charges are not included in the item price and must be paid by the buyer's sole responsibility.

​4. Shipping Information & Reliable Contact

​It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address and valid contact information (Phone Number and Email Address). You must ensure that you are reachable at these contact points, as the carrier may need to contact you regarding customs clearance or delivery scheduling.

​5. Failed Delivery & Return Fees

​In the event that a package is returned to us due to the buyer's absence, an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs duties, or failure to respond to the carrier, the following costs will be deducted from your refund:

​Original shipping cost (even if "Free Shipping" was applied)

​Actual return shipping fees charged by the carrier (FedEx, etc.)

​A 20% Administrative & Restocking Fee (to cover handling and packaging materials)

​6. Reshipping

​If a package is returned to us and you wish to have it reshipped, you will be responsible for both the return shipping fees incurred from the first attempt and the new shipping charges for the second delivery.

​7. Package Abandonment & No Refund

​If the cost of return shipping exceeds the value of the artwork, the package will be abandoned by the carrier. In this case, no refund will be issued regardless of the reason for the return.
